Things to Note

  • An additional charge of ₹200 per person is applicable.

  • Adherence to stipulated timings is mandatory for all customers.

  • No, we do not provide movie/OTT accounts. Configuration will be completed using your personal OTT accounts or downloaded content.

  • No, smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited within the theater premises.

  • Any damage will require full reimbursement. Using party poppers/snow spray incurs a fine of INR 500.

  • Guests are earnestly requested to maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the theater premises.

  • The use of party poppers, snow sprays, cold fire, and similar items is strictly forbidden within the theater.

  • Possession of an AADHAAR CARD is compulsory and will be subject to scanning upon entry.

  • Outside food incurs ₹50 cleaning charges.

  • Booking of the theater is not permissible for couples under the age of 18.

  • To secure a slot, a 50% advance payment of the total amount is mandatory.

  • The advance payment will be reimbursed only if the slot is canceled a minimum of 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.

OTT Account Usage

Feel free to use your personal OTT accounts to enjoy your content. Our team can assist with setup and login. Please remember, we're unable to provide OTT accounts.

Content and Copyright

Enjoy permissible, India-legal content during your visit. Kindly mind copyright ownership for non-OTT content. If accompanied by children, choose age-appropriate shows.

Technical Assistance

For any network, audio, or video issues, promptly inform us. We're devoted to your flawless viewing experience and will promptly resolve concerns.

Food and Drinks

External food incurs a nominal cleaning fee of ₹50 (for 2 people).

Refund Policy

  • Refund of 100% (except convenience charges) for cancellations 3 days prior to the booking date.
  • No refund for cancellations on the same day as the booking date.
  • No refund if the booking is void due to failure to present Aadhar during entry.
  • Refunds are typically initiated within 24 hours and completed within 5-7 days.
